Chris is a physician assistant joining the Kaya Health team with a deep commitment to relationship-based, preventive care. After a successful first career in information technology, Chris chose to pursue his lifelong calling in medicine, bringing a unique blend of analytical problem-solving, business insight, and compassionate clinical care to his practice.

Heather Cash, FNP-BC, DNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Heather Cash will be joining Kaya Health in October 2026.

Heather has a background in pediatrics and family practice and will see patients ages 2 and older. Heather is also certified in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).

Heather is an Oklahoma native who moved to Virginia in 2016. She is passionate about preventative medicine and lives it out daily. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Andrew Anderson

Doctor of Osteopathy & Founder

Dr. Anderson chose to start his private practice in 2018 because he found that the traditional medical practice did not allow enough time for him to develop the doctor-patient relationship that offers better medical care and treats the WHOLE person.

Dr. Andrew J. Anderson was drawn to Family Medicine for its unique opportunity to develop a long-term relationship with his patients. When your doctor knows the patient, their family, their lifestyle and their overall health over time, the patient receives a better, more complete level of health care which results in improved overall well-being.

Dianne White, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Her expertise extends to microbiome gut testing and the use of nutraceuticals for long-term health. Dianne has advanced training in women's health, particularly in treating PCOS. Certified by ANCC and BHRT, she has been in private practice since 2016 and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Old Dominion University.

Sierra S. Bailey, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Meet Sierra S. Bailey, FNP-BC, DNP, a dedicated healthcare provider joining KAYA Health in August 2023. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Liberty University, Sierra brings extensive experience in adult internal medicine, acute care, and hospice nursing. She is ANCC Board Certified and has been practicing since 2018.

Sierra is also certified in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and looks forward to treating primary care patients aged 12 and older. A native of Roanoke, Sierra is an avid traveler and proud mother to three-year-old Charlotte James.

Monica Houck, CPNP-PC

Outside of work, Monica enjoys time with her husband, Nick, and their German Shepherd, Zeus, at Smith Mountain Lake. Monica’s expertise and dedication to compassionate care align with our commitment to delivering the highest quality healthcare for children.

Emily Oldham, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant- Primary Care

Emily Oldham brings fresh enthusiasm and comprehensive training to family medicine, with a deep commitment to building lasting relationships with patients through all stages of adult life.

Emily earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Southern Virginia University, where she played four years of collegiate softball. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Medicine at the University of Lynchburg and is board-certified and licensed to practice in Virginia. She also recently became certified in Wilderness Life Support for Medical Professionals, expanding her ability to provide care in diverse settings.
