Insurance Not Accepted

We do not accept insurance for our services. Please be sure to let us know if your insurance requires you to use specific facilities or pharmacies.

Neither Medicare nor Medicaid will cover the cost of your monthly subscription fee. The medical costs for testing, prescriptions, specialists, etc., will continue to be covered under Medicare as they were before you joined KAYA HEALTH.

We don’t require patients to have medical insurance in order to subscribe to our practice; however, we recommend that patients have some form of medical insurance or health sharing organization coverage in the event of a hospitalization or major health condition which would require specialist care outside of our practice. There are many options for high-deductible insurance plans and your insurance agent can assist you in getting the coverage recommended, or patients could take advantage of the healthcare exchange available under the Affordable Care Act.
