Meet Sierra S. Sanford, FNP-BC, DNP

Sierra Sanford comes to us in August 2023 after completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Liberty University, in July 2023. She has a wealth of prior adult internal medicine, acute care, and hospice nursing as well as nurse education faculty experience. Sierra also completed her initial certification in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) from the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine in February 2023. She looks forward to welcoming primary care patients 12 years of age and older into her KAYA HEALTH practice while also treating the needs of patients who seek BHRT therapy.

When joining Sierra’s practice, please note there are two selections located under the Branch location dropdown menu: BHRT clinic “hormones only” OR Direct Primary Care “KAYA HEALTH”. Please take care to select the appropriate enrollment form based upon your needs.

ALSO, please note that when enrolling in the hormone-only clinic (BHRT), there is no monthly subscription charge. You will be assessed an initial $80 registration fee, and all other charges are assessed per visit at the office.
